Shell Beach is a tiny strip of paradise on Siesta Key's north end. With no signs to point you there, Shell Beach is known only to locals, but is a great find. Pristine white sands and natural rock form an oasis which simply emerges out of the nearby residential homes. Bring a beach chair and a cooler, but don't expect to walk too far. Shell Beach positions you perfectly to gaze out over Big Pass and the Gulf of Mexico, and across to South Lido Beach Park at the tip of Lido Key. Located at the end of Shell Road just past Solymar; Shell Beach is tranquil and serene. Note the beach has limited parking; walking or biking is advised if possible
